Does this install anything on my computer?

No. The scanner runs once and exits. It doesn't install software, create services, or leave anything running.

Does it make any changes to my system?

The scanner checks your settings without changing them. It downloads temporary scanner files, saves a report on your computer, and sends the results to Inman Technologies.

What if I don't have admin access?

No administrator account is needed. The scanner automatically runs the checks available to your account. If you cancel a Windows approval prompt, it continues with a limited scan. Our report records any checks that could not run.

How long does it take?

Timing varies by computer. The bar advances as scan stages finish, so it may pause during a longer check. Leave the window open until you see the completion message. You can keep working while it runs.

Where do the results go?

Results are securely transmitted over HTTPS to our analysis platform. A copy is also saved locally on your machine. Only our team has access to your results.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We collect system configuration data only — no personal files, browsing history, or passwords. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
